Enforcement of the Code of Conduct and Ethics
1. Employment Relationship: The staff member is being employed on a contract or temporary basis, and this agreement makes it clear that they are not being regarded as permanent employees.
2. Position and Duties: The staff member's role, responsibilities, and tasks during the event will be defined in accordance with the requirements.
3. Duration of Employment: Start and end dates of the temporary work period, will be as per the duration of the events including any special event dates or shifts.
4. Work Schedule: The expected work schedule will be defined in accordance with the requirements, including the number of hours per day or week and any particular days or times the staff member must be available.
5.Compensation: This agreement tends to clearly specify that the temporary employees' hourly salary or agreed-upon compensation, along with any additional overtime or reimbursement provisions, will be paid in accordance with the requirements set forth.
6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: Being a temporary staff its mandatory to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information you may come across during the employment and prohibit them from disclosing it to the third parties.
7. In addition, being the temporary staff, you are under no obligation or in any case, you are not obligated/liable to communicate/ inquire with any of the clients or disclose them with both personal as well as employment-related information. Moreover, employees should be aware that unapproved disclosure could result in disciplinary action.
8. Likewise, Evento as well takes security measures or precautions to guarantee that no personal information is unintentionally or otherwise revealed to any unauthorized third party, whether orally, in writing, via websites, or by any other means.
9.Code of Conduct: The Evento is dedicated to a policy of ethical business practices and honesty. This commitment is founded on the conviction that transactions should be made in an ethical, just, and lawful manner. All of the Evento personnel are expected to uphold the same high standards of morality, ethics, and law. Employees are required to abide by all laws, rules, and policies that are relevant to their work for and on behalf of the Evento. The Evento will not support any legal violations, unethical business practices, or other engagement in criminal activities including bribery, fraud, and corruption by any employee.
10.In order to achieve company objectives, employees must do their duties with diligence, integrity, and the best interests of Evento in mind. If you feel that you may have violated this policy or if you have a good faith suspect that another employee has violated this policy, you should immediately contact your manager, leader, or another trusted management, your HR representative, a member of Evento Legal Operations, these people will refer to your report for review and possible resolution.
11.Additionally, it is against the law for workers to use their positions or any knowledge they accumulated from working for Evento for selfish reasons or in a way that could be interpreted as creating a conflict of interest. A conflict may arise when an employee's family member or a business they are connected to receives an advantage or profit as a result of the employee's employment with Evento or information obtained via that role.
